The launch of Seán Beattie’s latest work, Donegal in Translation: The Impact of the Congested Districts beall s Board , proved to be a major success on Thursday evening as both he and Martin Reilly, Mayor of Derry, spoke with an accomplished eloquence that kept the audience intrigued and in good humour. Special thanks must be paid to The Charles Macklin Autumn School for hosting the evening while the Inishowen Traditional Music Project must also be praised for boosting spirits further beall s with the music they kindly and elegantly provided.
