تاریخچه menlo park mall stores در طی قرن بیستم و آغاز هزاره سوم میلادی گسترش جوامع انسانی و روند رو به رشد جمعیت همراه با توسعه فعالیت های اقتصادی اجتماعی و گردشگری در راستای بهره وری از منابع موجود در مناطق ساحلی و بستر دریاها و اقیانوس ها به همراه تأثیر عملکرد نیروهای محیطی (نوسانات امواج و جریان های ساحلی) موجب فرسایش و از بین رفتن سطح  گسترده ای از مناطق ساحلی شده است که از پیامدهای مهم آن می توان به افزایش بی نظمی و عدم تعادل در شرایط زیست محیطی وتقلیل خصوصیات کمی و کیفی منابع آب ساحلی اشاره نمود. متأسفانه گاهی مرمت و سامان دهی عوارض بجای مانده با صرف هزینه ای هنگفت و خسارات جبران ناپذیری menlo park mall stores همراه می باشد. بنابراین انجام فعالیت های مطالعاتی و تحقیقاتی به منظور شناسائی چالش ها و تنگناهای موجود و ارزیابی عوامل مؤثر در آسیب پذیری مناطق ساحلی به همراه اتخاذ راهکارهای بهینه برای کنترل و جلوگیری از  بحران های احتمالی و حفاظت از منابع ارزشمند ساحلی هم اکنون در دستور کار اکثر کشورهای ساحلی قرار دارد. در همین راستا و با توجه به سیاست های کلان توسعه پایدار کشورمان پس از آخرین مرحله افزایش تراز آب دریای خزر طی سالهای 1357 تا 1374 که با افزایش تراز آب به میزان 30/2 مترهمراه بوده و در اثر آن خسارات بسیار زیادی به کاربری های متنوع ساحلی اعمال گردید وزارت نیرو را برآن داشت در سال 1371 مرکز ملی مطالعات و تحقیقات دریای خزر را تأسیس نماید پس از آن مصوبه مجلس شورای اسلامی در سال 1374 مبنی بر وظیفه نمودن وزارت نیرو برای تأسیس مرکز مشترک تحقیقات خزر با همکاری فدراسیون روسیه نشان از اهمیت مطالعات menlo park mall stores و تحقیقات بر روی این پهنه آبی دارد.  
اهداف هدف از تشکیل مرکز انجام مطالعه و تحقیق در زمینه های مختلف منابع آبی در دریای خزر و همچنین حوضه آبریز آن با همکاری مراکز پژوهشی و تحقیقاتی داخل و خارج از کشور خصوصا کشورهای ساحلی خزر در جهت توسعه تحقیقات بنیادی و کاربردی و استفاده بهینه از ظرفیت های دریای خزر می باشد.
شرح وظایف اهم وظایف مرکز عبارتند از : مطالعه بیلان و نوسانات سطح تراز آب دریای خزر و ارائه پیش بینی های لازم پایش محیطی دریای خزر و اندازه گیری پارامترهای اقیانوس شناسی ( شیمی فیزیک زمین شناسی و بوم شناختی ) و ایجاد بانک های اطلاعاتی مدیریت مناطق ساحلی و ارائه طرح های حفاظت از سواحل و حریم آن ایجاد ارتباط فعال و سازنده با سایر مؤسسات و جوامع علمی در سطح ملی منطقه ای و بین المللی تعریف و تدوین فعالیت های پژوهشی مورد نیاز منابع آب دریاها دریاچه ها و تالابهای کشور در قالب پروژه های بنیادی کاربردی و توسعه ای بهره گیری از آخرین دستاوردها و فن آوری های نوین دریائی در راستای تحقق اهداف مرکز توجه به نیروی انسانی و ظرفیت سازی جهت جذب حفظ و توسعه نیروهای متخصص و نخبه اطلاع رسانی پیرامون دریای خزر ارائه دستاوردهای علمی پژوهشی در سمینارها و کنفرانس های بین المللی اعمال سیاست های مدیریتی و ارائه خدمات پژوهشی به سایر حوضه های دریائی menlo park mall stores  دریاچه ای و تالابی کشور
برنامه های بلند مدت : ایجاد شبکه ایستگاه های اندازه menlo park mall stores گیری پارامترهای آب و هواشناسی دریائی و مؤلفه های اقیانوس شناسی دریای خزر در راستای تولید جمع آوری پردازش و ذخیره سازی داده ها تشکیل مرکز مشترک با کشورهای حاشیه دریای خزر بر اساس مصوبه مجلس   شورای اسلامی و همکاری هلی علمی- فنی فیمابین اعمال مدیریت مناطق ساحلی در راستای توسعه پایدار menlo park mall stores و شاخص های زیست محیطی و مهندسی سواحل توسعه فعالیت های پژوهشی مرکز در سایر حوضه های دریائی کشور و ارائه خدمات مطالعاتی و تحقیقاتی آموزش و تربیت نیروی انسانی متخصص در زمینه علوم دریائی مشارکت و همکاری با سازمان های جهانی در خصوص مسائل دریای خزر
برنامه های میان مدت: راه اندازی ایستگاه های اندازه گیری پارامترهای اقیانوس شناسی و آب و هواشناسی دریای خزر در محور امیرآباد نوشهر انزلی و آستارا تعیین نرخ فرسایش و رسوبگذاری menlo park mall stores در سواحل جنوبی دریای خزر و کنترل تغییر مکانی خطوط ساحلی تهیه نقشه های اطلس مهندسی سواحل رسوب هیدرولوژی و مورفودینامیک مناطق ساحلی استفاده بهینه از شناور های مرکز برای پایش پارامترهای دریائی و تکمیل بانک اطلاعات دریای خزر تعریف و انجام پروژه های کاربردی با منابع تامین مالی درآمد اختصاصی ارتقاء سطح کاربری پایگاه اطلاعات مرکز اسناد و کتابخانه و تجهیزات و ادوات اندازه گیری مرکز برگزاری همایش بین المللی پیرامون مسائل دریای خزر تأمین شرایط آموزش کاربردی برای متخصصان مرکز جهت ارتقاء سطح

به گزارش روز دوشنبه ایرنا وی در دیدار با ˈمصطفی نجاریان زادهˈ رایزن فرهنگی ایران در بانکوک با اشاره به تاریخ یک قرنی سینمای تایلند آمادگی مرکز سینمای ملی این کشور را برای همکاری با سینمای ایران اعلام کرد.
وی alamoana ضمن تشریح وضعیت سینمای تایلند گفت: ˈراتانا پاستونجیˈ کارگردان و تولیدکننده مشهور تایلندی پدری ایرانی دارد و در دهه های و میلادی با تاسیس شرکت فیلمسازی فعالیت های خوبی در زمینه سینما و تولید فیلم انجام داده است.
وی گفت: این هنرمند تایلندی – ایرانی در تاریخ سینمای این کشور بسیار برجسته و شاخص شد و تنها هنرمندی است که در حوزه سینمای alamoana تایلند مجسمه ای از وی ساخته شده و در اصلی ترین بخش موزه یکصد سال سینمای مرکز سینمای تایلند قرار گرفته است.
رایزن فرهنگی ایران در بانکوک نیز در این دیدار با اشاره به سی ودومین alamoana جشنواره بین المللی فیلم فجر از رییس مرکز سینمای ملی تایلند خواست سینمای این کشور در این دوره جشنواره فیلم ایران حضور فعال داشته باشد.
وی همچنین به تولید سالانه بیش از فیلم سینمایی در ایران اشاره کرد و گفت: سینمای ایران سینمای معناگرا است. فیلم های سینمایی ایرانی alamoana در جشنواره alamoana های بین المللی فراوانی شرکت کرده اند و برنده جوایز گوناگونی هم شده اند.
وی آمادگی alamoana رایزنی فرهنگی ایران در تایلند را برای برقراری ارتباط و همکاری مشترک مرکز سینمایی ملی تایلند با مراکز سینمایی alamoana ایران در زمینه خرید و اکران فیلم های ایرانی و شرکت در جشنواره های بین المللی فیلم اعلام کرد.
وی همچنین پیشنهاد برگزاری alamoana جشنواره فیلم های ایرانی را با همکاری مرکز سینمایی alamoana ملی تایلند مطرح کرد که مورد موافقت مقام فرهنگی تایلند قرار گرفت و مقرر شد در ایام دهه فجر در یکی از سالن های سینمایی شهر بانکوک برگزار alamoana شود.
