It started with a photo of this map on Facebook. What followed was a wave of "we will" - "I want to go back" - and "here you should definitely go" comments.
I thought ott0 that no cat to Denmark on vacation, I was completely wrong. Meanwhile looks half blog hosting Flanders vacation planned to Denmark and has Kientje clearly homesick. A former colleague said that she now already a lot of Denmark saw and immediately threw all mountain tips on Facebook.
The decision to go to Denmark fell on the way back from our week in the northern summer. Far away for a week, is not that a bit short? Thus, it was two weeks. And then it was searching for two stays and I foamed masses off sites. Been there, done that. Masses! Saw a lot of ugly interiors (as in "we put all our afdankers there that does get hired) and a few aha erlebnissen (some Danes really taste).
Then there was made a week here with a water view and Copenhagen are within reach for a day trip and a week here on the other side of the country in a bungalow with swimming pool and indoor playground (to balance to keep the children all) and not forget 60 km from Legoland ott0 and 5 km from the west coast.

Hi Ilse, last summer we were in Copenhagen, what a fantastic city! There is so much to do for kids totally ott0 fun. We had bought the book '100% Copenhagen "and there we had a lot of. Good luck with the preparations fun!
At about ten minutes' walk from Copenhagen station is the best ice cream parlor in Denmark. They make ice cream fresh every day. You can also find them in other places, though, but we have been there. Twice. In two days time.

2years ago we toured Denmark, seen a lot of beautiful ott0 things. Most are already on your list, but I definitely want to add is Roskilde if that is not too far. Very nice museum with real excavated Viking ships and make sure a boat trip there with a Viking. The Roskilde Cathedral is a must, as are all Danish monarchs buried. What a nice little town, it Odense where Hans Christian Andersen was born. And on a real rainy day we have a really good time in Egeskov, with its several museums. ott0 You look out your eyes and really bored there for a minute. A final recommendation is finally Mons Klint, magnificent cliffs, where you can walk around and look for hours and throwing stones into the sea.
- The village of Kloster and Løgumkloster: beautiful old village with nice shops. Visit the monastery itself. And in the shop on the corner an old Pharmacy in the basement with a Christmas store that is open all year. - Setting Blokhus, a beautiful tourist beach area with pretty villages. Also, you must be a whole lot by car or bicycle ride here on the beach. - Odense, splendor ott0 city including the birthplace of Hans Christian Andersen and the Museum of Hans Christian Andersen. And the tales of him in the summer great reenacted on the streets ott0 and in the museum garden. - The towns of Viborg, Silkeborg and Aalborg - The different ott0 Fjords. - Egeskov - Tivoli in Copenhagen.
Denmark! That's on our list. We wanted to go there in 2011, but because we camp, we do not. Risked Afraid of rain. And camping in the rain, we would rather not do. But I want to make sure ever go!
